My story

The Runner’s Reset Method was born in the space between two finish lines.

Not the one with the medal, the selfies, and the chip time.
The other one—the one where you get home, peel off your shoes, and feel your hips lock, your lower back ache, and the tiny fear whisper, “How long can I keep running like this?”

Like so many runners, you learned to push: more miles, more plans, more strength work. But no one ever taught you how to recover with intention, how to listen to your nervous system, or how to build a body that feels trustworthy, not fragile.

After years of teaching yoga and moving through our own cycles of “run–injury–rest–repeat”, I have realised something important:

Runners don’t need more punishment. They need better support.
