    Helen is a certified yoga teacher (RYT500+) and a runner who bridges mindful movement with the demands of miles.

    With years of yoga practice as her foundation, she’s intentionally weaving in running—creating The Runner’s Reset Method to offer runners genuine support, not extremes.

    Her professional guidance is deeply relatable. You don’t need perfect flexibility or speed. Just readiness to show up for your body.
